| The
firm was established by Anthony J. LaSpada, who began private
practice after a distinguished career as a prosecutor in the
United States Justice Department. Mr. LaSpada was an Assistant
United States Attorney in the Tax Division of the Justice Department,
where he prosecuted criminal tax cases. Mr. LaSpada later served
as Chief Assistant United States Attorney in the Tampa office.
Mr. LaSpada is a graduate of Georgetown University, and of the
American University Law School in Washington, D. C. He enjoys
an "AV" rating from Martindale-Hubbell. |

The
firm also includes Joseph A. Eustace, Jr., who has been an associate
of the firm since March of 1983. Mr. Eustace is a Tampa native
and a graduate of the Stetson University College of Law, where
he was an Associate Editor of the Stetson Law Review. Mr. Eustace
participates in all of the firm's practice areas, and in addition
specializes in appeals from those areas.
The firms attorneys are admitted to practice in all courts of
the State of Florida, as well as the United States District
Court for the Middle District of Florida and DistriCt of Columbia;
the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh, Fifth and
District of Columbia Circuits; the United States Tax Court;
and the United States Supreme Court.

They are
affiliated with the American Trial Lawyer's Association, the
Association of Florida Trial Lawyers, the National Association
of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Florida Association of
Criminal Defense Lawyers. They are members of the Hillsborough
County Bar Association, the St. Petersburg Bar Association,
and the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
